Decode Grid is the hosting denomination of Decode Studios. When we couldn't find a affordable and reliable hosting site that suited our needs we decided to make our own - that was the birth of Decode Grid.

We aim to work around you and will establish a connection in the most convenient way for you, ether via email, over the phone or we can arrange a face to face consultation.

Although Decode Grid is fairly new we have been offering hosting for years which gives us both the security of experience as well as a fresh look at hosting. From a humble start we have become trusted amongst our clients and associates. We are proud of what we have achieved and the service we deliver.

The vast majority of our new business comes from word of mouth and customer referrals and we think this speaks volumes about our customer satisfaction. Reliable support is rare today especially in the online business community but we make every effort to solve your problem as soon as possible no matter what time it occurs.

We don't have a huge team with thousands of employees but we have a small, dedicated team that work tirelessly to exceed our client's needs. Meet the Team

Dan Brennan and Dean Thorpe are our company directors. Dan deals with the technical aspects and, as so, is at the forefront of Decode Grid innovation.

Dan Johnson is our Level 2 Support Advisor and the next point of call after Dan for technical advice.

Wendy Sowter is the head of billing, this incorporates both dealing with customer accounts and sales.
